Members of the VaMM community are assisting CAPE and CANE in organizing a Healthy Climate Solutions Fair on Sep. 5 in Vancouver. Register for the free event at this link.
Extreme heat. Wildfire smoke. Flooding. The harms of burning fossil fuels are real—and so are the solutions. The Healthy Climate Solutions Fair is a free, welcoming, all-ages event designed to share actionable solutions for a healthier future. On September 5, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. at Milton Wong Plaza, join us to explore interactive exhibits, watch expert demos, and have honest conversations.
Test an e-bike and switch to active transportation. Join a green urban infrastructure walking tour. Learn how a heat pump can make your home more comfortable and affordable. Talk about climate anxiety with mental health advocates. Connect with physicians, clean energy innovators, and community leaders working for a better future. We all want clean air, safe water, and healthy communities—and this event shows how we can have them all. Bring your kids, a neighbour, or just your questions. Come curious. Leave hopeful.
