The Meeting House at 1070 West 70th Avenue is available for rental by groups whose mission and activities are in broad alignment with the Quaker testimonies of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, and Equality.
The Meeting House is a wheel-chair accessible building with a capacity of up to 78 people. It has the following features:
- Upright piano
- Good acoustics for music
- WiFi and cabled Internet
- Full kitchen downstairs
The space is excellent for music practices and performances, breathwork, meditation, celebrations of life, and community meetings. Fees are $30 per hour with a maximum of $200 per day, plus a refundable $50 damage/cleaning deposit. The minimum booking length is 2 hours.
